# Turkson’s Rounds: background push

The production app is hosted at https://turksons-rounds.pages.dev. Its push sender is deployed at https://turksons-rounds-push.pascalturkson.workers.dev and checks reminder times every five minutes. It stores only the browser push subscription, reminder time, and timezone in Cloudflare KV; case history stays in the browser on the device.

To enable reminders, open **Settings → Daily question reminder**, choose a local reminder time, enable background push, and allow notifications in the browser. Push requires HTTPS, a supported browser, and notification permission. Delivery can be up to five minutes after the selected time.

Worker implementation and Cloudflare deployment configuration are in `push-worker/`. Do not publish or share its VAPID private key; it is stored as a Cloudflare Worker secret.
